Revamping Life Healthcare’s corporate website

In March 2017, John Brown Media was awarded the opportunity to redesign and re-imagine Life Healthcare Group’s corporate website. In just eight short months, the new content-driven Life Healthcare website is live.

Meet the objectives

Client’s key objectives were ease of navigation, a more engaged user experience with a focus on mobile, and an online presence that effectively addressed the needs of Life Healthcare patients, visitors, staff, investors, medical schemes, as well as government and healthcare service providers.

Patient-centric approach

After an intense eight months of strategy, design, build and content-creation, the result is a platform that provides users with quick and easy access to relevant Life Healthcare information. Optimisation for mobile devices allows visitors to more easily access and interact the site on the move. Throughout the website, engaging content highlights Life Healthcare’s specialists, facilities and new treatments, shares patient experience scores, offers learning opportunities to staff and provides videos that highlight the brand pillars: life, health and care.

Content is key

The content and images have been carefully curated to demonstrate not just what Life Healthcare does, but also what they believe. The site will continue to be upgraded and enhanced, adding phase two development elements, as well as improved search functionality in the coming months.

John Brown Media also produce Life Healthcare magazine, a quarterly print publication, Best Practice, a quarterly digital newsletter for Life Healthcare doctors, as well as the Life EHS website,, a unique digital platform tailored for Life Healthcare employees.
